All of our service team have Quantel training, which is developed in-house. The engineers operate in a purpose designed service and support environment with the latest in test and diagnosis equipment to ensure repairs are completed on time and to the original test specification.

Service engineers are equipped to deal with the latest surface mount technology with all rework and component level repairs being undertaken in house. We are constantly investing in new test and diagnostic systems to ensure parts are ready when you need them.

Quality control is accredited to the internationally recognised ISO9000 standard and is a process designed to ensure a quality service first and every time in all areas of our business.
