ASR: Advance Service Replacement
A replacement board or part is despatched
from either a local warehouse or from the UK.
ESR: Exchange Service Replacement
After diagnosing the fault, the board or part
is returned to Effect Systems for repair or replacement, with dispatch
from the UK within 2 working days of receipt.
RR: Repair Return
The faulty board or part is returned to Effect
Systems under the fixed price option, with the item being repaired
within a maximum of 4 weeks from receipt.

Remote
Diagnostics
Diagnostic support is provided via a
modem connection to your machine. Both hardware and software faults
can be diagnosed and often resolved by remote computer terminal connection.
Modular Exchange Contracts
Service contracts are available for equipment
or system support, providing rapid solutions to possible problems.
Remote diagnostics are included in most contracts.
On-Site Support
Effect Systems engineers travel worldwide
for on-site installations, calibrations and repairs.
