Our engineers understand the technology at component and system level, backed by workshop facilities and an extensive stock of specialist parts and modules. This allows us to help extend the operational life of established IQ installations and return serviceable equipment to use.
Where equipment is covered by an active Grass Valley support agreement, support should be requested through the established Grass Valley process. For equipment outside active manufacturer support, Effect Systems can provide support directly.
